9Honey's Quarantine Kitchen cook-along: The whipped dalgona coffee espresso quarantini

And, today, I mean cheers in the literal sense, because our Quarantine Kitchen cook-along this afternoon is for your cocktail hour. It's two awesome social media trends combining to become something even more trendy... or perhaps a super trend?
You will have seen plenty of people toasting themselves and each other with quarantinis — you know?! A quarantine martini. Yes, it's clever, I know. But you might have also clocked the dalgona whipped coffee trend, turning hot water, sugar and instant coffee into a fluffy pillow of coffee foam. Well, we thought it was time the two of them got together to make the ultimate Friday night espresso martini — a dalgona coffee espresso quarantini.
