In the video, Bec reveals Aldi's four-pack of brioche buns are perfect for a make-it-yourself Big Mac.

"I found these brioche buns at Aldi and they taste literally like McDonald's," claimed the fitness coach.

She then walks her followers through a simple recipe to make an easier, healthier Maccas burger at home.

Adding a ball of beef mince to a pan, Bec instructs viewers, "Get 100g of lean beef mince, press it down with a plate to make it flat, add your smokey cheddar cheese, melt it."

After melting the cheddar cheese on top of her cooked pattie, Bec moves on to building her burger, slathering some sauce onto her two brioche buns: "Add your burger sauce [to your bun], lettuce, raw onions, pickles and build your burger."

"It's 420 calories, and over 30g of protein, I'm lovin' it!" the fitness coach exclaims, referencing the fast-food chain's classic jingle.
