Russo’s House of pizza has gifted us with this 7 pound ‘pizzarito’ - that's the same weight as a healthy sized human baby and we can't even.

The food fusion that's burst onto the New York food scene is a rolled-up pizza that's been stuffed with pasta, mozzarella sticks and more.

Naturally, social media has gone to town on this food hybrid. Most commentators expressing outrage at the damage these types of food inventions are having on our health.

Other's couldn't help but notice the striking resemblance to a calzone.
