Running your own cake business is not as easy as it seems.

Turns out there’s all sorts of hurdles a business owner must overcome. In this case, it’s a customer by the name of Ginger who has managed to send this cake baker into a fit of anxiety.

Listen to the 9Honey Kitchen food-prep podcast ‘What the F is for Dinner’ here, as Food Editor Jane de Graaff chats to cake whizz Katherine Sabbath about why you can have cake for dinner

Kim Copeland, the owner and baker of Texas’ Flora Dee’s has hit breaking point, and she’s fuming over the fact that Ginger is toying with her emotions and being insanely vague about her cheesecake order.

Speaking of having your cake and eating it too, Ginger needs to give Kim some closure before she goes to dark place.

Kim’s daughter shared a video of Kim ranting about the confusion Ginger has caused - and it exploded on Twitter. Just like that, Kim became an internet sensation overnight.

In her rant, she proceeds to share the ambiguous texts Ginger has sent. This is a NSFW clip and we apologise in advance for the profanities, but Kim’s frustration is hilariously real.

‘What the f--- does that mean?’ she screams at the camera.‘Do you want the f-----g cake or do you not want the f----g cake?’.

The video has racked up just under 4 million views since it was posted on Saturday, and it’s continuing to gain traction, because we all want to know if Ginger wants the cake..

Days later, Kim witnessed her social media climb and thanked her newfound fans for sympathising with her plight.

In the end, Ginger’s cheesecake was never delivered to her, and from the looks of it – she has really missed out on something special.

We’re guessing that Kim should be sending Ginger a thank you for putting her on the map.

Thanks to Ginger’s flakiness, Flora Dees cake business is a thriving enterprise
