KFC brings back its 'most requested' burger after a two-year hiatus
After a nearly two-year hiatus, a fan-favourite item is returning to KFC – but with an exciting twist.
KFC Australia is officially bringing back its wildly popular and "most requested" burger, the Tower Burger, for a limited time.
The burger features a double-breaded Original Crispy fillet, tomato sauce, cheese slice, mayonnaise, lettuce and a bonus hash brown, all stacked between two bread buns.

But that's not all the news.
As if the Tower Burger's triumphant return wasn't exciting enough for burger lovers, KFC has announced the addition of not one but two new items.
KFC is going even bigger with the new Tower Stacker, which has all the ingredients of the Tower Burger but with a second double-breaded fillet added to the mix.
For those who aren't big burger lovers, the fast food giant is launching a tortilla wrap alternative on the menu.

The Tower Burger briefly returned to KFC menus in 2023, but was last on menus in 2021. This time the new range will be available for just one month only.
"The Tower Burger has long been the most requested burger in Australia, so we're excited to bring this fan-favourite back while also innovating our menu to introduce the first ever variations of this iconic feed, with the brand-new Tower Stacker and Tower Twister," Sally Spriggs, Group Marketing Director, KFC Australia said.
The limited-time menu items are available nationwide from today (Tuesday, October 29) until Monday, November 25.
The news comes just weeks after KFC announced the nationwide return of another fan-favourite after two years – the Hot and Spicy range.

KFC Australia brought back the popular range this month for a limited time from October 1 to 28.
As well as relaunching some favourite menu items, KFC gave fans the chance to try some "never seen before" options as part of a two-day pop-up experience in Sydney, called The Colonel's Spice House.
