The day Aussies have been waiting two years for is finally here: The Popcorn Chicken Slab is back.
KFC has heard our cries to bring the fan-favourite back, with it now available on KFC menu's nationwide.
And thankfully, the Popcorn Chicken Slab is returning just in time for footy finals fever.

Now, if you missed out last time and you're wondering what on earth a Popcorn Chicken Slab is, let us explain.
So, imagine a pull-apart six pack of KFC's fluffy dinner rolls stuffed full of delicious Popcorn Chicken, oozing with tasty cheese and tangy BBQ sauce.
If you're thinking, "Wow, that sounds delicious," you'd be correct.
The meal quickly became one of KFC's most highly requested game-time feeds, making its grand return at the perfect time with footy finals just around the corner.

"We have been overwhelmed with requests from fans to bring this favourite back, so we are thrilled to announce that The Slab is available nationwide for the first time since 2022, just in time for the Footy Finals!" said KFC Australia's Chief Marketing Officer, Tami Cunninghman.
"This fan favourite is perfect for sharing with friends or family, but get in quick, because it's not going to be around forever."
The Popcorn Chicken Slab is available nationwide from today, Tuesday September 3, but come Monday September 30, it will once again be disappearing from the menu.

You can purchase it as a standalone meal, or if you're looking to share (or maybe just indulge) it also comes as a Combo for one with chips and a drink, or as a Combo for two.
