How to make old-school homemade lemonade
This is the perfect treat for the kids this long-weekend. If they've never rocked a homemade lemonade stall before, now is the time and this is how it’s done.
The secret to making the best Hot Cross Buns this Easter
Long weekends and holidays are perfect for foodie projects with the kids – so this old-school treat is just the trick for the Easter break. Not only can the kids join you in making a drink that is packed full of nostalgia, you’ll also be able to tweak sugar and lemon juice quantities to suit your personal tastes, and that’s something that a pre-made bottle of lemonade can’t claim to do. Homemade lemonade is a right of passage, a lot of fun and a whole lot of delicious. And watch and see how proud the kids will be of the finished result.
Plus, it works well with a nip or two of vodka for a refreshing long-weekend lemonade spritzer. Yeah, don’t say we never have any cheeky tips for you.
