Creator Melissa Ben-Ishay combines chopped cabbage, cucumber, chives and shallots with a distinctive green homemade dressing, before eating the final result with corn chips, scooping it up like a dip.

To make the namesake dressing, she blitzes together basil and spinach leaves, garlic, French shallots, lemon juice, olive oil, cashews, walnuts, salt, rice vinegar, chives and nutritional yeast, before pouring it over the cabbage mix.

Taking a bite, she declares, "That is so good."

It's a sentiment echoed in the thousands of comments posted beneath and the versions created by fellow creators.

"Once I saw this, I had dreams about it. I just now made it. SO. FREAKING. GOOD," one TikToker writes.

"Just made this tonight and it's incredible!" another posts.

Some suggest the salad would make a worthy stand-in for guacamole in a snacking spread, while others suggest additions like jalapenos, avocado and coriander.

Though Melissa zooms through the procedure in her video, she has posted the full recipe with measurements on her website.

"I made this Green Goddess Salad last summer for my girlfriends and it knocked us all off our feet," she writes.

"It is a vegan pesto dressing with all the green veggies you have on hand. Feel free to improvise anywhere you see fit!"

Don't stress about current supermarket stock issues, either — Melissa says the nuts, greens and oil featured in her dressing and the veggies in the salad can be substituted for other varieties.
