"This woman said that her DoorDash never arrived after I delivered it to the hospital she works in," read a caption on the video, with the delivery driver adding that the woman's place of work was "full of cameras".

Walking back into the hospital the driver confirmed with staff that the woman was still on shift before confronting her about the order.

"So you didn't get the DoorDash order?" he asked the woman who stood before him stunned.

The customer insisted that she didn't know what the driver was talking about, but he quickly presented her with more evidence.

He explained that her co-worker witnessed the woman collect food from the driver and reminded her about her workplace camera footage, before she began denying she'd reported the order undelivered.

"You said the order never arrived," he explained. "Were you just trying to get free food and put my job on the line?"

The denial continued despite the driver explaining that as an independent contractor , such a report places him in violation of his contract.

He pleaded with her to call DoorDash support and rectify the mistake, even lying about having five kids to feed in an attempt to guilt trip her into resolving the matter quickly.

"I had to end up telling her if she doesn't call support before the end of the day and get the violation removed her job's on the line next," he captioned the video.
