World’s first pair of unbreakable sheer stockings

Good news, ladies! You can now own a pair of stockings impossible to break.

Sounds wild, we know, but the clever people at Sheertex have just showcased their “world’s toughest sheer pantyhose” at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

According to Sheertex (formerly known as Sheerly Genius), years of research and development went into creating the unbreakable stockings, Sheertex.The challenge: finding a fibre that was strong and sheer, at the same time. So, they developed their very own fibre, called Sheertex knit, a tough material made with ballistic grade fibres often found in bulletproof vests.

While it might seem like excessive innovation for a pair of humble stockings, anyone familiar with the struggle that comes with wearing a pair for a day will appreciate the effort.

The stockings are strong, flexible and sheer and as a result last ten times longer than any other pair of tough tights on the market.
