Sydney Sweeney sizzles on the red carpet in chainmail 'naked' dress
Sydney Sweeney is officially the latest celebrity to hop on the "naked dress" trend, and her most recent look has left very little to the imagination.
The Emmy-nominated star of the hit series Euphoria sizzled in a form-fitting, iridescent chainmail piece by Christian Cowan, paired with delicate, minimalistic EFFY earrings.
She stepped out in the raunchy silver ensemble for Variety's 2025 Power of Women ceremony in Beverly Hills as one of the event's honourees.

Sweeney was in good company at the event, joined by other big names such as Wanda Sykes, Jamie-Lee Curtis, Nicole Scherzinger and Kate Hudson, who were honoured alongside her.
The seminal event, aimed at spotlighting influential women both within Hollywood and beyond "whose actions and voices inspire crucial change," according to Variety CEO Michelle Sobrino-Stearns.
"We're proud to honour these remarkable women and to continue our valued partnership with Lifetime in showcasing their impact."

"Their creativity, courage, and commitment are shaping the future of our industry."
While Sweeney is the latest face to foray into naked fashion, she's by no means the first.
Other notable names to don the sheer look include Dakota Johnson – the certified CEO of the naked dress – and Margot Robbie, the latter of which stunned in a bejewelled number that left us speechless.

Although by no means a new trend, it's seen a recent surge in popularity across red carpets.
Many star attendees of last week's Vogue World event – including Sweeney's Euphoria co-star Maude Apatow – sported barely-there attire.
Sweeney has raised eyebrows in recent months with her "Good Jeans" American Eagle campaign, which released mid-year to largely negative reception online, as well as reported romantic ties to controversial music mogul Scooter Braun.
The unlikely pair reportedly met at Jeff Bezo's lavish wedding to Lauren Sánchez back in June, where they were both guests.

But despite recent controversy, Sweeney has been booked and busy.
She's fresh from generating awards buzz for her upcoming role as boxer Christy Martin in the aptly named biopic Christy.
