Designed by American shoe designer, Sarah Flint, the Natalie shoe is an elegant ballet flat, handcrafted in Italy and featuring a pointy toe and asymmetrical bow detail.

The elegant footwear is available in the usual colours —black, tan, red, gold and leopard print— and comes with a $689 price tag.

The Duchess was first spotted in the nude style in September 2017, when she accompanied Prince Harry to the Invictus Games in Toronto, pairing them with ripped jeans from Mother Denim, a white blouse from Misha Nonoo and an Everlane tote.

The slip-on shoes became one of the first clothing items to be hit by the ‘Meghan effect’, selling out within days and acquiring a 25,000-person waiting list.

Since then, the ballet flats have gone through several restocks and are now available in white, making them the perfect summer flat or wedding dress accessory.

"I am so excited to bring back the Natalie and introduce it in white," Flint told Town & Country.

"I designed it to be versatile and comfortable, but still elevated with a pointed toe and subtle bow. I’m glad that our customers love the Natalie as much as I do!”.
