Meghan's bestie copies royal wedding gown for her bridal client
Meghan Markle's best friend has styled one of her bridal clients in a wedding dress that bears a striking resemblance to the Duchess of Sussex’s famous wedding reception gown.
Jessica Mulroney is a stylist and wedding planner, helping lucky couples stage their dream nuptials.
And that includes finding the perfect dress for the bride-to-be.
Mulroney chose a sleek halter-neck gown for the bride, Lauren Tjernlund for her wedding to New Jersey ice hockey player James van Riemsdyk in Brooklyn, New York.

The dress, from Kleinfeld, Canada, is nearly identical to the second wedding dress worn by the Duchess of Sussex at the royal wedding in May, 2018.
Meghan chose the Stella McCartney dress for her evening reception, held inside Frogmore House located on the Windsor Estate.
The high neck gown made of silk crepe, was celebrated for its simple cut, subtle glamour and timeless appeal.
Immediately, Mulroney's social media followers noticed similarities between her bride and Meghan.
"This is my fav dress. Meghan’s 2nd wedding dress," one wrote.
"Looks like Meghan’s evening dress," said another.
The bride commented on Mulroney's post saying, "Obsessed!!!!! Thank you @jessicamulroney for making me feel so beautiful".
Mulroney was a guest at the royal wedding and her children – five-year-old daughter Ivy and twin sons Brian and John, eight – were part of Meghan's bridal party.
The two women reportedly became friends with while Meghan was filming Suits in Toronto.

It's believed Mulroney has helped style Meghan ever since the former actress started dating Prince Harry.
She clearly loves the Stella McCartney dress chosen by Meghan for the royal wedding.
Last year, the designer spoke about being selected for the dream job.
"I think Meghan chose me for reasons other than just a beautiful dress – plenty of people can do that. She is not a difficult client to make look beautiful," McCartney told UK Elle.

"She approached me and we worked on other things. She wore other pieces of mine and we had a friendship.
