Kylie Jenner goes grey
Another week, another hair colour change for Kylie Jenner.
This time around the 21-year-old chose to debut a silver-coloured shade in New York City, on Wednesday, when she was snapped on her way to watch partner, Travis Scott, perform at Madison Square Garden.
Jenner paired her medium-length metallic ‘do with an Off-White shearling jacket, Paula Knorr red velvet pants and a vintage animal-print Dior saddle bag.
The icy shade is a somewhat surprising choice from Kris Jenner’s youngest child, who is known to favour more vibrant hair colours such as purple, pink, red and blue.
However, considering the mother-of-one has gone through several beauty transformations this year, including temporarily giving up her trademark lip enhancing fillers, it’s only fitting that she’s taken silver hair for a test-drive.
We sat down with celebrity hairdresser, Brad Ngata, to the get the low-down Kylie’s latest look.
Who can wear this style?
''This colour works best on natural blondes, however other shades can achieve this style with a salon lightening technique," Ngata tells 9Honey Style.
Can this be achieved at home?
"Always invest your time and money in a technical colourist to achieve an amazing colour, particularly if you are wanting longer lasting results," says the De Lorenzo ambassador.

Tips on keeping silver hair healthy and maintaining the colour?
"Use nourishing products with active ingredients such as a weekly treatment mask" says Ngata.
"Try De Lorenzo’s Essential Treatments Equilibrium or Evo Mane Prescription Protein Treatment,''

"This look is bang on trend for this season, but the upkeep takes commitment," he says.
"Lightening damages hair, therefore the aftercare is vital to maintaining the colour."
