All eyes were on Bella Thorne as she stepped out at the 20th Annual HollyShorts Film Festival Opening Night Red Carpet.
And while her outfit was breathtaking, it wasn't what fans were captivated by.
There was one thing no one could look away from – Thorne's eyes.

The actress wore a pair of fluorescent yellow lashes to match her blazer, making her dark brown eyes pop against the contrast.
Thorne also wore heavy eyeliner in her waterline and kept the rest of her makeup simple, attracting all the attention to her eyes and extravagant lashes.

In terms of her outfit, Thorne went with some pointed toe heels paired with black trousers and a '70s style fluorescent blazer with shoulder pads and a deep-V neckline.

Parks kept his look casual in a pair of mid-waisted black, tailored pants, and a soft brown shirt that he left unbuttoned.
Actor Kevin Pollak was also in attendance, posing for a fun snap alongside writer and comedian Carol Leifer.

Maybe the two planned to coordinate their outfits or maybe they didn't, but either way they both stepped out in fun, blue, patterned looks.
