Adorable toddler reminds security guard to check temperature: 'What a responsible citizen'

The internet is melting over an adorable toddler who reminded a busy security guard to check her temperature.

The video of the "responsible citizen" (watch above) has gained thousands of views already, after being posted to Twitter by @officeofdnj.

In the short clip, the little girl, toy bunny in hand, walks up to the security guard and is seen extending her wrist to have her temperature checked.

The security guard, who is chatting with two other men, doesn't notice her until his colleagues point out the tiny girl beside him.

Realising what she is after, the man reaches down and scans the girl's wrists one at a time — but the girl doesn't let the security guard go just like that.

Before he can turn away, the girl quickly lifts up the head of her toy rabbit — because obviously, he also needs to be checked.

Twitter users have done nothing but gush at the adorable video.

"What a responsible citizen. So cute and a good lesson to the world," one user wrote.

"All people in the country should learn social responsibility from this cute little girl," another critic added.
