Cassandra
Swift has used a few names for her tracks on The Tortured Poets Department.
One of the tracks that could make the perfect inspiration for a baby girl name is titled Cassandra.
Many have speculated the song is about Cassandra of Troy from Greek Mythology, who was able to tell prophecies.
If this is the case, Cassandra could be an option for the mythology lovers.
Clara
The last song on The Tortured Poets Department takes inspiration from one of the Hollywood greats: Clara Bow.
Swift opens the song named after the iconic actress by singing: "You look like Clara Bow in this light/ Remarkable."
"All your life, did you know/ You'd be picked like a rose," the lyrics continue.
Stevie
Clara Bow isn't the only famous woman Swift name drops on the track.
Later in the song, the Cruel Summer singer gives a shoutout to Fleetwood Mac star Stevie Nicks.
"You look like Stevie Nicks/ In '75, the hair and lips/ Crowd goes wild at her fingertips/ Half moonshine, a full eclipse," she sings.
If you're both a Swiftie and Fleetwood Mac fan, this is the dream crossover to consider Stevie as a baby name contender.
Taylor
If your love for the musician goes deep, why not just name your child Taylor?
The singer herself once said her parents gave her the name because it was gender neutral.
"My mom thought it was cool that if you got a business card that said 'Taylor' you wouldn't know if I was a guy or a girl," she told Rolling Stone.
To make the name have even more meaning, Swift name drops herself in the song Clara Bow.
"You look like Taylor Swift/ In this light/ We're loving it," she sings.
Charlie
Another potential gender-neutral name inspired by the latest Taylor Swift album is Charlie.
Swift name drops singer Charlie Puth on her song The Tortured Poets Department.
"We declared Charlie Puth should be a bigger artist," she sings.
Patti
In the same track, Swift also name drops another famous person: Patti Smith.
The American poet is mentioned during the song's chorus.
Whether you spell it with an 'i' or a 'y' at the end, Patti is a sweet Swift-inspired reference for a baby girl.
Dylan
In the same line she mentions Patti Smith, Swift also names Welsh poet Dylan Thomas.
"You're not Dylan Thomas, I'm not Patti Smith," The Tortured Poets Department chorus sings.
While Swift is referring to the famous male writer, the name Dylan could easily work for either gender.
Jack
Another cute name additon to the list comes from one of Swift's longtime collaborators and inner circle members, Jack Antonoff.
Antonoff has worked with the singer since her album 1989 and produced multiple tracks on her latest record.
Not to mention, Swift appears to actually name her friend in The Tortured Poets Department.
"...I had said that to Jack about you so I felt seen," the singer seems to name drop Antonoff.
Lucy
In the same track, Swift name drops someone called Lucy, who many fans have speculated is referring to Boy Genius singer Lucy Dacus.
No matter who it's about, Lucy is a sweet name to add to your potential girls name list.
