Tammin Sursok shares the genius food hack she uses with her kids
Trying to get your kids to eat the right balance of food can be a real struggle.
9Honey Parenting columnist and actress Tammin Sursok says she is determined to help her kids cut down on sugar.
"I don't care what anyone says, within 10 minutes there is a massive change after they eat sugar," she admits. "I know when I eat sugar myself, I'm a nightmare."

"But I also don't want to use the term 'good and bad foods' with the kids - because I don't want them to look at food negatively."
Now Tammin has shared a simple hack she used with her two girls, Phoenix, 7, and Lennon, 2, to get them into good eating habits, which involves clever a analogy about soldiers. Intriguing!

Having battled her own eating disorder, she is also keen to ensure her children grow up without the same food issues so is careful not to label food 'good' or 'bad'.
