Former TV journo points out difference between how she and her husband were treated
TV journalist Kendall Gilding has shared on TikTok an upsetting instance that made her realise the difference between how mothers and fathers are treated in society.
It was a very taxing day, with Gilding having to rush to the hospital in an ambulance with her son Moses after he split his head open on the coffee table.
But it was what she heard from her husband on the way back from the hospital that got her blood boiling.

The mum of two, who also shares daughter Olive with husband Tim Morgan, had spent an hour in the hospital waiting room crying while holding onto her two-year-old.
"On the drive home, my husband told me that in the brief moment that I stepped outside... two separate people asked him if he needed help. Not one. Two," she shared of when her husband came to the hospital.
The 32-year-old looked incredulous as she recalls asking her husband, "What do you mean? Like, what sort of help?"

Many others in the comments felt her fury.
"The female rage in me. Hope you're all okay," said one commenter.
"It's so frustrating how a mother and father are treated so differently when they are doing the exact same thing. I feel you!" another added.
