Parenting Expert Dr Justin Coulson's tips for raising brilliant boys

Parenting boys comes with joys and challenges - but Parenting Expert Dr Justin Coulson says there are a few things parents can do to making raising sons a smoother experience for everyone.

He shared his five top tips for raising brilliant boys with 9Honey Parenting.

"First, connection is key," Dr Coulson says.

"Connection means feeling seen heard and valued. And your son needs to feel this with you, even when he acts like he doesn't want it or need it."

While most of Dr Coulson's tips are aimed at both parents, there is one very important thing he says dads need to consider when raising sons.
