Even the most patient parent can be guilty of it from time to time - yelling when it seems nothing else will make kids listen.
But, as parenting expert Justin Coulson explains, it never feels good.
"Most parents also admit yelling rarely works and research shows it's bad for our kids," he says. "So how do we stop yelling? I've got a couple of suggestions that might be the cure you were looking for."
