Paralysed dog teaches baby how to crawl in heartwarming video

It turns out old dogs cannot only learn new tricks, but teach them to their humans too. A heartwarming TikTok video shows paralysed pet dog Kahlua teaching a baby how to crawl in his own unique way.

In the clip, posted to TikTok, Kahlua scoots across the floor without using his paralysed back legs. Baby Caleb adorably follows suit.

In another video, the two sit side by side as Caleb's mum teaches them how to play fetch. Though Kahlua is anxious for the ball, he sits beside Caleb as he learns how to throw the ball, allowing Kahlua to fetch it.

Commenters loved seeing the bond between the dog and the baby.

"This caught me so off guard," said one commenter.

"OMG the way the baby does it exactly the same," said another.

"When he started to scoot then hop. Pup was like, 'you got the scoot now get the hop bro, you'll move faster'," said one commenter.

"He doesn't crawl at all...this is how he gets around now," responded Caleb's mum.

"I just know your baby is going to grow up to have a beautiful heart full of kindness," said one commenter.
