One mum has found the perfect solution to get her little one to sleep through the night.

Sharing on TikTok, US mum Bri says that she has been using a sensory sheet for her son for the last year with amazing results. "The compression regulates his nervous system and feels like getting a big hug. It almost instantly calms him down," she said in the clip.

"Sensory sheet for the win!" she captioned the video.

Another mum also found a simple solution to help her baby sleep through the night - replace the pre-bedtime milk with a banana.

"Eating a banana before bed can help control melatonin levels, making you sleepy. It also acts as a muscle relaxant making you nice and relaxed," explained US mum Brittany in a TikTok video.
