Midwife Edwina shares tips for managing morning sickness

Morning sickness - it's one of the least exciting parts of pregnancy. Not only that but, despite it's name, it can last all day and night.

Midwife Edwina tells 9Honey Parenting morning sickness leaves some women feeling "constantly hungover" in the early months of pregnancy.

She also shared her tips for dealing with the nausea.

"When you're in the early stages of your pregnancy, your body will let you know what it wants to eat and drink often," she says.

"So really try and listen to your body there. This isn't a time to be strict on a diet or strict on calorie intake."
