"Hi Bam's mum. 👋 ❤️," wrote comedian Celeste Barber.
Fellow model Rachael Finch called him an "Angel", while TV presenter Jessie Roberts gushed over, "Those moments 😍."
One fan wrote, "Beautiful baby Bam with his beautiful Mum."
The name "Bam" is still very uncommon and does not yet have an established meaning.
It is often a nickname for longer names such as Balthazar or Barnaby, through Franklin has not made it apparent whether this is the case for her child.
She shares Bam and his two older siblings – Tullulah, five, and Rocky, four – with her husband, former AFL player Lance 'Buddy' Franklin.
