Ivanka Trump posts playful video with kids to win over mums
Ivanka Trump has posted a charming video on Facebook of her dancing with her children.
"Little moments matter," she's captioned the video filmed in her kitchen. "Especially for working moms!! #TBT to an after-work dance party with my boys."
And it all seems very sweet and innocent as we watch the first daughter have a boogie with three-year-old son, Joseph, while one-year-old toddler Theodore looks on in their Washington D.C. mansion.
But sceptics might be forgiven for thinking this rare bird's-eye view into Trump's family life, has more than likely something to do with tempering the backlash Trump is receiving ATM.
Oh you know, the backlash over that little book she just bombarded us with: Women Who WorWomen Who Wor.
The book collates quotes from inspirational icons such as Oprah Winfrey, peppered with tips for balancing work and family from mother-of-three, Trump.
And the first daughter of the USA president Donald Trump has certainly been copping it, with critics voicing their anger over what they see as a privileged white woman trying to advise us ordinary folk. About work, life and motherhood.
Her quotes about having to skip massages for example, during the presidential campaign trail, have drawn particular ire from average working women.
The New York Times called the book, "a strawberry milkshake of inspirational quotes." And actress Whoopi Goldberg slammed it on TV show, The View, saying: “You doing a self-help book is like me telling blondes how to dress. I just think she needs to find her corner and what she does.”
But over on Twitter, it's still pretty frosty, with one reader posting this image of one of Ivanka's fashion brand items marked down ... to one dollar.
