Chris Hemsworth proves he is every dad: 'Full body workout'

He might be Thor to the rest of the world, but Elsa Pataky has shared a photo that proves her superstar husband Chris Hemsworth is just like every dad.

The pic, shared on Instagram, shows Hemsworth being tackled by his three kids - eight-year-old twins Tristan and Sasha attacking from the top and the side while nine-year-old daughter India bites his elbow.

"Isn't parenting the best?" asked Pataky in the caption, accompanying the photo with the hashtags "#wemissyoualready" and "#bestdadever."

Hemsworth also posted the same photo with some extra snaps, with the caption: "As Founder of @centrfit, I take my role personally trying out every program seriously. This one was a full body and emotionally taxing workout specifically designed for parents. It didn't make the cut."

It appears Pataky and the children are home from their European adventure, while Hemsworth continues to film for his projects there.

The family posted videos mucking around in the snow on the set of Extraction 2 during the Christmas break, and were seen roaming around London in the last few weeks, where Hemsworth said he had "4 weeks worth of cheat meals in one hit and (had) no regrets."
