Dad's photo of toddler-induced fatigue goes viral

Mike Julianelle loves his kids.

The 41-year-old New York dad has two children whom he refers to publicly as Detective Munch, six, and The Hammer, newborn.

And because raising children can feel hard and lonely (as well as thrilling and rewarding) the father-of-two decided to channel is distress/joy via an Instagram account he simply called Get Toddlered.

Basically "getting toddlered" is like a reverse Instagram filter, leaving parents looking less than their best.

Julianelle says it's been his most popular social media project so far, way more popular than similar account Things My Toddler Ruined.

While the Instagram account is clearly tongue-in-cheek, it has certainly struck a nerve with those who've been struck by the tornado that is having children.

Julianelle says he enjoys sharing his experiences as a father and "whining about the ways the existence of my sons - not to mention the myriad of responsibilities surrounding their existence - are destroying my social life."

He also runs a blog called Dad and Buried which he says serves as a "continual diary of my development as a father and - soon! - as an expert parent with the world's first and only PERFECT CHILDREN."
