Bindi Irwin shares adorable throwback photo and gives fans 'goosebumps'

Bindi Irwin's daughter is clearly following in her famous mama's footsteps.

The 24-year-old animal lover and conservationist has excited fans by sharing an adorable video featuring her mini-me daughter, Grace Warrior, to Instagram, beginning with the caption:

"Holding my newborn daughter wondering if she'll love wildlife like I did growing up."

In the first photo, Bindi is holding baby Grace and smiling down at her.

Next, the famous mum shared a throwback photo of herself as a young girl, posing with a tortoise.

In the third and final shot, little Grace cuddles up to a giant tortoise - and bears a striking resemblance to her mum.

Fans loved the photo series, aptly titled, "Our Grace Warrior, the Wildlife Warrior."

"It's in the Irwin blood! You guys have the most beautiful connection with wildlife and each other! Steve Irwin genes are strong!" said one.

"The apple does not fall far from the tree," commented another.

"Your dad is probably so so proud looking down," said another.

"This gives me happy goosebumps," said a fourth. "She looks so much like you."

Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, now two, was named in honour of Bindi's late dad Steve Irwin, and is Bindi's first child with her husband Chandler Powell.

The little girl officially turned two on March 25, and Australia Zoo dedicated the whole day to celebrating the occasion.

"Our TWO year old girl! Happy Birthday to my whole world," Bindi wrote at the time. "Grace Warrior, you are the sunshine that fills our lives."

"Every day I am amazed by your hundreds of words and smiles, fascination for the natural world/every animal you discover and your adventurous soul. You see wonder in everything and remind me that the world is made of magic.

"Being your mama is the best part of my life. I love you with my entire heart, for all of my existence."
