Erin Molan, who is pregnant with her first child, has spoken out after being rushed to hospital following a fall in a Sydney shopping centre.

The Channel Nine television presenter, 35, tells 9Honey the incident took place earlier this week after she had the flu and whooping cough vaccinations.

“I had [them] together and had a reaction to that. That’s all,” Molan says.

“It’s not unusual for non-pregnant people to feel faint after those - let alone at eight months pregnant.

It’s the second time the NRL Footy Show host, who announced her pregnancy in December, has been hospitalised this year.

Molan collapsed at work and hit her head in February, and was taken to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital in an ambulance.

The expectant mother later told 9TheFix she’d been suffering from low blood pressure, but had been given the all clear by doctors.

"Early morning flight and a bit of low blood pressure -- it's very common in pregnancy," she said.

"I've had two days of rest and raring to go. Blood pressure is back to normal, blood tests all normal, and baby healthy and normal."
