Elon Musk reveals first photo, names of his twins

Elon Musk has shared the first photo of his twins and revealed their names more than a year and a half after secretly welcoming them with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.

The tech mogul shared a glimpse into his personal life in an excerpt by biographer Walter Issacson for Time.

In the first public photo, Musk and Zilis are seen on the couch with the toddlers on their laps.

The biographer released the photo on X, formerly Twitter, introducing 16-month-old Strider and Azure to the world.

A second photo was shared online with Musk and his almost-two-year-old daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, who they call "Y".

The SpaceX CEO has a total of nine children., including a three-year-old son X Æ A-12 with musician Grimes.

It's been reported that Grimes, 31, replied to the post before deleting it.

She is reported to have responded she has "never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment".

Musk also has five children from his first wife, Justine Wilson: 18-year-old twins Vivian Jenna Wilson and Griffin, along with triplets Kai, Damian and Sax, who were born in 2006.

The pair had another son, Nevada, who passed away at 10 weeks of sudden infant death syndrome.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal's CEO Council in May, the billionaire revealed he is against the idea of passing down wealth without heavy consideration.

"I am definitely not of the school of automatically giving my kids some shares of the companies, even if they have no interest or inclination or ability to manage the company," he revealed. "I think that's a mistake."
