Ivanka Trump was accompanied for the event by her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children: Arabella, Joseph and Theodore.
Cameras captured Ivanka in a heartwarming moment with her youngest son as they watched the inauguration...
Theodore was photographed cheekily looking up at his mum before attempting to rest his head on her shoulder.
The youngster wasn't the only child who was feeling sleepy waiting for the event to wrap up...
Arabella also drew attention, but for different reasons.
She was snapped walking out of the inauguration in a chic ensemble that featured a pair of tailored suit pants and a caped coat.
Here's a closer look at her ensemble, showing her shoes and a close-up look at her brother Theodore's outfit.
Vivek Vance, the son of JD Vance, rested his head on his suited arm as he waited for the ceremony to end.
Vivek was joined by his brother Ewan Vance, both sleepily looked on during the indoor inauguration parade.
JD Vance was also joined by his adorable daughter Mirabel, who had one detail in her outfit that turned heads...
As Vance was sworn in as vice president, his wife Usha held their daughter.
Mirabel sweetly sucked her thumb as she watched on, while eagle-eyed fans noticed she had Band-Aids on three of her fingers.
"JD Vance's toddler daughter is so cute. My kids and I were chuckling at all the bandaids on her fingers," one viewer wrote on X.
"She may be the daughter of the Vice President, but she is very much a typical toddler."
Another said: "I think the whole country can come together and agree that JD Vance's daughter sucking her thumb with those kid bandages on her fingers is totally adorable."
The Vances were also photographed as a family unit, with one of their sons clutching a teddy bear.
