Coles announces huge sale across all departments ahead of Christmas day
If you're a last minute Christmas grocery shopper, you're in luck.
You might have to battle the crowds but if you head to Coles you're in for a chance of snagging a great deal.
Coles has slashed up to 50 per cent off bakery products, seafood staples, grocery, fresh produce, and centrepiece fresh meat products.

With banana prawns at $14 per kilo, cooked rock lobster going for $22 each, and jumbo cooked black tiger prawn for only $30 per kilo, it's never been a better time to serve up a seafood spread for Christmas lunch.
But if you're not a lover of ocean-themed foods, don't stress, there are plenty of other savings you can cash in on.
Coles Christmas puddings are half price at $7.50 while the Quality Street Chocolate Variety Gift Box is down from $30 to just $14.

Both the tropical and triple chocolate trifle are down from $25 to $20, and if you want some festive joy for cheap you can grab a Coles Festive Decorated Advent Calendar for just $3 instead of $14.50.
There's also some huge discounts on fresh produce and turkey, including Coles Finest Hunter Valley Free Range Whole Turkey medium minimum 3.8 kg for just $44.
And if you've left your wrapping and card writing to the last minute, make sure you head into your local Coles for some huge steals on wrap, cards, and crackers.
Coles Executive General Manager of Fresh Andy Mossop said the supermarket giant has gone to great lengths to give these discounts to customers.
"We know price is a major factor for our customers during the festive season, and that's we've worked hard with our fantastic suppliers to provide customers with value throughout December, delivering quality products while keeping prices as low as possible," he explained.
According to Coles, customers are expected to purchase 400 tonnes of prawns across the weekend leading into Christmas, Coles Ambassador and former Masterchef contestant Courtney Roulston said the discounted prices are the perfect chance to shop Christmas day must haves.

"For me, Christmas is all about creating memories and nothing says 'memorable' like a table piled high with Banana Prawns, ready to be peeled and devoured together," she said.
"There are so many ways to enjoy Australian Raw Banana Prawns this time of year, like butterflied and barbecued with a little garlic butter and fresh herbs, paired with mango and avocado for a refreshing summer salad, or cut up with fennel and cranberry and served in any leftover dinner rolls.
"Remember, if you have cooked prawns on your table this year, be sure to serve them on ice for longevity and freshness."
