Inquest into boy's tragic allergy death
An inquest is being held into the 2017 death of a boy in the UK from a serious allergic reaction to cheese.
Karanbir Singh Cheema, known as Karan, was at school in Greenford, West London, when a fellow student threw a small sliced of cheese at him just before midday on June 28, 2017.

Karan, 13, had an allergy to all dairy products, wheat, gluten, eggs and nuts. He also suffered from asthma and eczema.
Two teenagers, who were 13 at the time of the incident but are now 15, have appeared at the inquest.
One boy said he knew Karan was allergic to bread but not to dairy.

He said he "flicked" the cheese at Karan from about a foot away and that he "didn't know he was allergic".
The boy said the cheese landed on the victim's neck.
Karan went into anaphylactic shock and despite treatment, later died.
A second boy, who handed the cheese to his classmate, said he knew Karan had a dairy allergy but didn't know cheese was dairy.
The inquest will continue for three days.
