All the best supermarket bargains this week - including where to get your Christmas ham
The prices of fresh produce keep dropping this week, with the cheapest mangoes, mushrooms, salmon, asparagus, kiwifruit and lettuce so far this spring.
It's duelling Christmas hams, with the cheapest single-smoked legs at Coles and Woolies ($8.50 per kilogram), the cheapest double-smoked at Coles ($12 per kilogram versus $12.50 at Woolies), and the cheapest triple-smoked at Aldi for $12 per kilogram, compared to Coles ($14) and Woolies ($14.50).
In the best buys and special buys wars, it's air fryers at 10 paces, with Aldi selling an 18L air fryer for $149 from Saturday and Coles launching a $99 air fryer as part of its new Best Buys range on Friday. Woolies has a 14L air fryer in its new 'everyday market' for $130.

One Big Switch has picked out 'Australia's cheapest grocery basket this week,' filled with the best bargains going live at Coles, Woolworths and Aldi on Wednesday November 10.
Shoppers can use this list as the starting point for their own, and pick and choose where they shop based on which specials they really want this week.

Who has the best bargains this week?
Shop at Aldi for the cheapest mangoes ($1.79), asparagus ($1.19), mushrooms ($4.49 per 500g), skin-on salmon ($9.99 per 460g) and kiwifruit (eight for $2.89) we've seen so far this spring.
Aldi's also got triple-smoked Christmas ham for $12 per kilogram, a 24-piece European wine advent calendar for $90, $33 champagne, German crystal glassware ($13 per six-pack), electric salt and pepper mills for $10 each and a toy Aldi supermarket for $49.99.
Shop at Coles for Coca Cola ($1.57 for 1.25L), rice ($8 per 5kg), Twinings teabags (100 for $5.60), paper towel (two for $1.75) and Sorbent toilet paper (16 for $6.25).

Coles also has lots of half-price chocolates such as Nestlé Quality Street ($12.50), Cadbury Roses ($13.50), Mars Celebrations ($6), Ferrero Rocher Diamond Gift Box (24 for $13), plus an Oral-B Vitality Electric Toothbrush ($22.50) to clean it off your teeth.
Shop at Woolies for blueberries ($5 per 200g), iceberg lettuce ($1.50), chips ($1.75), $1 chocolate bars and Energiser batteries (16 for $12).
Woolies also has solar meerkats for $20 each, a 190cm tree for $50, and half-price Cadbury Favourites ($7), Quality Street ($12.50), Dairy Milk Gift Box ($6), Darrell Lea boxes ($5), Frey Swiss chocolate and Oreo packets ($1).

We have not listed every special or 50 per cent discount from all three supermarkets, nor every low price.
To simplify things, we've boiled it down to what we consider the best specials and everyday prices advertised on the most popular grocery products, based on information provided by Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
To decide which specials were the winners this week, we looked at a combination of unit pricing, practicality of packaging size, popularity and seasonality.
If an everyday price was cheaper than all the specials this week, we chose the everyday priced item unless stated.
Where two supermarkets have identical or very close prices on similar products, such as Smiths Crisps and Doritos, we've called it a tie.
We've based our analysis on catalogues for Sydney, postcode 2000 — but be aware that catalogues in some states may differ.
