BBC reporter ordered to take down fundraising video
BBC reporter Emma Vardy has been ordered to take down a music video she made with her boyfriend Aaron Adams to raise money for coronavirus workers.
In the video, Vardy, 39, and Adams pretend to have sex in bed while Vardy lip-synchs along with the song 'I Want to Break Free' by Queen.
Adams posted the video on his Twitter account @Mr_Bumcheeks along with the caption: "So here it is. Four weeks of lockdown… no football…and this is what happens.

"Cash raised by the clip will go to the staff, patients and volunteers caught up in the coronavirus crisis."
While the BBC accepted the video was made in the spirit of fun, the feeling was that it was inappropriate for the Vardy to have participated in the video, despite it being for a good cause.

Emma Vardy is an award-winning journalist with the BBC and is known for her hard-hitting interviews with politicians linked to the New IRA in Ireland as part of her role as Ireland Correspondent for the organisation.
The BBC released a statement about the incident, saying, "Emma accepts it was inappropriate and removed the clip."
