"Early, around 6am or even earlier when I'm at home."

How many alarms do you set?

"The dogs are my alarm and they are very reliable!"

"My morning ritual is to get up with Origi, my Border collie. We have some girl time before Garry and the boys (our dogs Affie and Chino) wake up."
