Aldi and has sneakily pulled a fast one, and customers are only catching onto it now.

While you may duck to the grocery store one or a few times a week for your milk, bread and essentials, you may not take much notice of the store's logo.

One eagle-eyed TikTok user, however, has been keeping tabs on supermarket branding movements, and noticed that a few grocery giants in the United Kingdom, including budget brand Aldi, had subtly given their logos a face-lift. Watch the viral video above to see.

For Aldi in particular, the original logo had six thick straight lines forming A, and the supermarket giant's name was written underneath.

The A sat on a dark blue background and was housed within a thin red border, with an orange border that was slightly thicker and a wide curved yellow border on the outside.

The new logo, however, has a more modern look, with thicker curved lines forming the A, and the red, yellow and orange borders still visible, but much smaller.

TikTok users were stumped at the changes that had been hiding in plain sight, but not everyone was impressed with the new design.

"I don't know how to explain it but the new Aldi logo looks like it's the old one," one user wrote.

"I remember the Aldi one and the Asda sad times," another wrote.
