Watch this Japanese man attach himself to the ceiling using duct tape

Is it possible to stick a grown man onto the ceiling using only duct tape?

This is the burning question three Japanese men have sought to answer. You know, for science. 

Using clothes and a roof panel covered in duct tape (sticky side out, obviously), the smallest member of their group was repeatedly thrown at the roof. 

It took a few attempts, but he did end up sticking. For a short while, at least.  

This video has been doing the rounds on Chinese viral sites and has now been viewed more than 420,000 times.
