Toddler playing with massive python causes outrage

Video of a toddler playing with a large python in Indonesia has created controversy online.

The vision, which was distributed by ViralHog, shows a young child coiled up in the snake and being dragged along as the python moves away.

The youngster laughs while chasing the snake, picking up its head and dropping it on the ground.

Despite the child’s interference, the python appears quite docile.

It was posted on YouTube with the caption: Child plays with patient python.

But the footage has been met with concern and outrage from YouTubers.

“That snake isn’t patient… it’s full,” one YouTuber pointed out.

“It's absolutely shocking,” another added. 

“Good job the snake is full, that child would be dead in a heartbeat.

“Disgusting!”
