Current obsession: this tiny drum kit for puppets, played by a full-size human

Everything is more adorable and more fascinating when it’s smaller. Tiny towns? Cute! Tiny food? Cute! Tiny snake in tiny hat? Cute!

(Okay, maybe not everything is cuter when it’s smaller, but you get the general point.)

Also cuter when they're smaller: drum kits.

This teensy masterwork was created by “artsmith” Ricky Syres (he tells Pickle it “sounds like ‘fires’ but with an S!”), who built the drums to be played by his marionettes:

But the cymbals, snares and base drum are just big enough to be played by humans.

Video of the drum kit has been watched 1.5 million times since it was reposted to the Facebook page Türk Bateristler Topluluğu (Turkey Drummers Community).
