Take Me Home is an inspiring program about the joy of rescue dogs.
This compelling new series follows the work of Sue Hedley — founder of animal rescue organisation SAFE Inc (Saving Animals From Euthanasia) — and the incredible work she does to give these animals a second chance.
In an exclusive interview with 9Entertainment, Sue revealed what she's excited for viewers to see in Take Me Home.
"The compassion shown by all the foster carers, how many people are prepared to open their hearts and homes and taking animals and love them and let them go. And I think that is a really big message," she said.
"And without all these amazing foster carers, the animals would perish, they would have nowhere to stay."

What is Take Me Home about?
Take Me Home is a six-part series about how SAFE Inc uses an innovative foster care model to save homeless pets.
In each episode three animals get taken into SAFE's care and viewers will watch the team work tirelessly to save the lives of dogs and other pets that are lost and forgotten, unloved and unwanted, and often dumped by callous owners.

"It really gives you an insight into what we do on a daily basis of taking in animals from various places, getting them their vet work done and finding them foster care," Sue Hedley told 9Entertainment.
And by no means is it an easy process.
"It's a big operation. And some people have got no idea of complexity," Sue said.
Take Me Home is a real eye-opener to the lengths people, like Sue, will go to in order to give animals another chance at love.
