Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you the latest – although not entirely authorised – instalment in the Jurassic Park series.

It's called Jurassic Park Meets Parkour In Real Life, brought to you by the team at Devin Super Tramp, who take movies, make them without the special effects and add in a little bit of fancy running, jumping and flipping.

Since yesterday, the clip has notched up nearly 70,000 views and nearly 1500 comments.

This four-minute film is a combo of the favourite dino franchise's offering Jurassic World, parkour and the comedic gold that is a t-rex costume.

For you people wondering what the heck parkour is, it's like urban acrobatics where people do the kind of stunts major movie companies would bring in body double and spec effects teams to replicate on screen.

To better explain it, we'll let the dude who played the Chris Pratt character do the talking:

And while the stunts are great, we think the real hero in this movie is a guy who goes by the name of Ninja Nate, who played the tyrannosaurus rex.

Because everything is funnier when it is done by someone wearing a t-rex costume.

This is one of those universal truths.

Just look at this:

It's unquestionably amusing.

In fact, Jurassic Parkour is an actual thing, which you can see from this video by Brentwood Photography, who seems to be as enthusiastic about the t-rex costume as we are.

The team behind the clip are leaving the ending open to suggestions from fans, so watch this space for the epic conclusion.

We're going to bet that either the massive wedges are break an ankle though, just quietly.
