'Ghost' filmed pumping iron in Mexican park

There's no excuse to skip your training, even if you're dead.

That's the take away message from this unlikely fitness inspo video, shot in Cancun, Mexico.

It shows park gym equipment seemingly operating on its own, as if being used by a ghost.

The machine, a sort of shoulder press, is operated by the user pulling down on the arm piece raise raises the seat to lift their body weight.

Maybe the movement was due to the mechanisms of the machine being super oiled up, but we're rational people so we refuse to believe there was anything but paranormal activity here.

Plus, "local reports" indicated the equipment had been checked but "nothing untoward had been found".

This leads up to conclude it was a ghost working on dem gainz, or it was Harry Potter rocking his Invisibility Cloak to work out in secret after a binge on pumpkin pasties left him with a sloppy rig. 

Either way, it might just be the fitspiration you need to keep up with your workouts this week.
