The best shows to immerse yourself in this weekend

The weekend is almost upon us. Hurray! 

It's been a busy week, and you deserve some "me time".

I Feel Bad

The queen of "me time" is overworked mum Emet Kamala-Sweetzer in I Feel Bad, a sharp and relatable comedy about motherhood.

Emet needs to be alone for at least 20 minutes a night, and reaches peak relaxation after sneaking away to her neighbour's empty house for a few hours of solitary bliss.

Nine's hit new show speaks to mothers everywhere, with new episodes arriving direct from the US each week.

Manifest

When passengers to New York board flight 828 from Montego Bay and land five years later, not realising that any time has passed, the world is perplexed.

But it's not the only mysterious happening to come out of the bizarre plane ride.

Prepare to be choked up and waiting for more as each new episode of Manifest drops every Wednesday.

Dance Moms

They're competitive, outrageous and oh so entertaining. Their daughters aren't bad either.

These are the dance moms of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and at the centre of the group is Abby Lee Miller, the tough-talking teacher committed to turning her girls into stars, at any cost.

Survivor

Having Survivor withdrawals since the Aussie series ended? Never fear, the Americans have got us covered with Season 37 of the hit series, Survivor: David vs Goliath.

The US series is the original, and arguably the best. They've also thrown a few celebs into the mix, like Mike White -- aka Mr Schneebly from School of Rock.

Young Sheldon

Naked Attraction

It's the series that's had tongues wagging and jaws dropping throughout Britain. Now, Naked Attraction has come to Australia.
