The Fault in Our Stars gets a hilarious 'honest trailer'

The year's biggest tearjerker has been given the "honest trailer" treatment… and it's more of a cry-laugh than a teary sob-fest.

Teen drama The Fault in Our Stars is the latest movie to be spoofed by funny YouTube peeps Screen Junkies. Watch their spot-on trailer parody above.

Our fave line? The bang-on description of dreamboat Augustus Waters (Ansel Elgort) as "a confident 6ft 4in, well-spoken, adorkable, polite, funny star athlete philosophy poet with a six-pack". Yes, he really is too good to be true... sigh.

The romantic flick, about two teens who fall in love while one (Shailene Woodley's Hazel) battles terminal cancer, struck a chord with audiences and left millions of fans grasping for tissues by the end.

The film, based on the novel by John Green, made more than $330 million at the global box office. Definitely no fault for these stars!
