Lea Michele might want to consider having a body double on hand the next time she tackles a number as big as 'Let It Go'.

While singing the Disney hit for an upcoming episode of Glee, things got so intense that Lea was left gagging…literally. Let it go, indeed!

Lea is currently filming the final three episodes of the TV series. We'd advise her to stick to light lunches until it's over. We wouldn't want her to, erm, lose it again.
