Uh-oh! Kate Upton threatens lawsuit over photoshopped nude photo

Take note: You don't mess with Kate Upton's body and get away with it.

The 21-year-old US Sports Illustrated model has slammed joke website Celeb Jihad for publishing a photoshopped picture from one of her Sports Illustrated shoots, with the headline "Kate Upton Naked Outtake from SI Swimsuit 2014".

The fake nude got Kate's legal team's knickers in a twist — they threatened the site with a lawsuit. Before you can say "Kate Upton zero-gravity photo shoot", the post was magically removed.

So what's the big deal? Don't we see Kate topless in Sports Illustrated outtakes anyway? Well, the problem wasn't necessarily the nudity...

"One of these photographs has even been airbrushed," Kate's lawyer wrote in a letter obtained by TMZ.

Heavens above! Even magazines wouldn't stoop that low... NOT.

So now that the picture has been taken down, we'll have to make do with a real Sports Illustrated outtake below.
