Tristan Thompson breaks Instagram silence amid cheating scandal

Tristan Thompson has returned to Instagram for the first time since allegations that he cheated on girlfriend Khloe Kardashian with multiple women while she was pregnant with their first child.

The professional basketball player, 27, shared a snap to Instagram on April 29, congratulating his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, on their win over the Indiana Pacers during the NBA playoffs.

"WHAT AN ATMOSPHERE IN THE Q!! GREAT WIN #OnToTheNextOne," Thompson captioned the snap of himself on the basketball court.

Thompson made no mention of the infidelity allegations against him. However, a number of his followers jumped into the comment section with some harsh criticism.

"#OntotheNextOne really? Very vague. Are you referring to the next series or next infidelity. Winner on court doesn’t make you a winner in real life," wrote one follower.

Added another: "I’m waiting still for Kris Jenner to break u down."

"Khloe needs to be #ontothenextone," another follower added.

Sources close to the Kardashians claim the family is "very angry" with Thompson since a video leaked last month allegedly showing Thompson kissing two women at a Washington, D.C. hookah bar last October.

A second leaked clip appeared to show Thompson escorting a brunette to his New York City hotel room, while Khloe, 33, was nine months pregnant.

Khloe has not addressed the cheating scandal directly, however sister Kim Kardashian recently told daytime talk host Ellen DeGeneres that the situation is "f--ed up."

"We really were rooting for Khloe and we still are," she said. "You know, she's so strong and she's doing the best that she can. It's a really sad situation all over."

Khloe welcomed daughter True, her first child, with Tristan on Arpil 12.

"Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE," Khloe wrote in a April 16 Instagram post. "Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!"
