"10 fingers and 10 toes was all we wanted to hear!" the South Sydney Rabbitohs star wrote. He also praised his girlfriend, adding, "Great job cooking the little one T, all sound as a pound. Exciting times ahead."
Giumelli, 25, confirmed her pregnancy in an interview with The Daily Telegraph last week, revealing she was three months along and due in August.
"I'm showing a little bit, but I don't know if it's just all the food I've been gobbling up or if it's a Burgess baby, they are quite large kids," she said.

She also admitted that the pregnancy -- a "happy surprise", and another cousin on the way for Burgess' many nieces and nephews -- was tough at the start because she had been diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness.
"The first few months were really difficult for me, I was bedridden for most of January, especially with my Crohn's disease and battling that," she explained, adding that she'd been to hospital a few times with dehydration and morning sickness.
On her Instagram Story yesterday, Giumelli posted the envelope that contains the gender of the baby.

The model said she wanted to keep it a surprise but would find out because Tom was desperate to know.
Their new addition will join the kids of Burgess' fellow rugby league-playing brothers Luke, Sam and George.
